As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Systems and Automation, you will play a foundational role in shaping and delivering modern product experiences while connecting systems and building intelligent automation that drives the business forward.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Website Enhancements & Integrations: Design, implement, and maintain website enhancements, including integration needs and marketing content management using Webflow.
- Enhance AI Service Capabilities: Tune, enhance, and monitor AI agents to elevate customer and agent experiences in both sales and service environments.
- Develop Automation Roadmap: Collaborate with business operators to build, prioritize, and execute an automation roadmap. Identify automation opportunities, estimate impact, and deliver solutions.
- Implement Automation Architecture: Design, develop, and support a hybrid automation architecture that leverages both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and API-driven solutions for end-to-end process optimization.
- Modernize Internal Platforms: Redesign static internal portals into dynamic, data-driven, AI-enabled experiences, enabling personalized and scalable internal tools.
- Integrate Disparate Systems: Connect and orchestrate diverse internal and external tools, creating seamless workflows and unified user experiences for agents and operators.
- Build and Maintain Data Orchestration Services: Develop orchestration layers and abstraction services for ingesting, normalizing, and serving carrier data.
- Evolve Agent Portals: Transition traditional agent portals to AI-first platforms, replacing legacy toolchains and driving continuous improvement with innovative technology.
What You'll Bring.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with exposure to automation, system integration, and cloud environments.
Required Skills and Experience
- Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Programming Languages
- Hands on development experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar languages.
Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience operating within AWS, including services such as AWS Connect, Lambda, and S3.
AI and Data Integration
- Experience integrating or tuning AI or ML agents, particularly within customer service or sales automation environments.
Automation and System Integration
- Strong experience designing and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience building API led integrations.
- Proven ability to design and implement orchestration and abstraction layers for system integration.
Web and Content Platforms
- Experience with Webflow or similar website or content management platforms.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Strapi and modern web frameworks.
Delivery and Execution
- Experience building rapid prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Ability to deliver iteratively and move solutions from concept to production efficiently.
Agile Work Environment
- Experience working in agile or sprint-based development environments.
- Ability to partner closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver iterative solutions.
Communication
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Adaptability
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience supporting agent platforms or internal enablement tools.
- Exposure to franchise or multi location business models.

Base Salary Range:$123,000-$153,750
