Job Description:
The Role
Working for the QA Team Lead,you will work within a multidisciplinary team including Customer Service, Development, Consultancy and Project Services, helpingto eensure our products are reliable,robustand ready for release.Responsibilities:
- Clarify and accepttesting requirements
- Defineand scheduletests, design test cases andidentifytest conditions to manage risk
- Develop test procedures and other quality documentation: test plans, test cases, and status reports for management
- Execute exploratory and regression tests
- Analyseactualvsexpectedresults
- Participate in the technical review process
- Log, track, and manage defects through their full lifecycle
- Collaboratewith, and ensure clear andaccuratereporting to stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices
- Support and coordinate software release management activities across QA, UAT, and Live environments
- Author andmaintainrelease notes
- Assistin planning and facilitating UAT cycles

Skills

- Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience using tools like Jira
- Interest in test automation
- ISTQB Foundation certification (advantage but notrequired)
