Position Summary:
Industrial Service Solutions is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role focuses on executing our digital marketing strategy through compelling content creation, social media management, and website maintenance. You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance our brand presence across key digital platforms while supporting both organic and paid marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create, curate, and publish engaging B2B content across social platforms
- Develop social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and industry events
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and industry conversations
- Selectively execute paid social media campaigns and optimize for performance
- Manage sponsored search campaigns through HubSpot
- Execute paid advertising campaigns across digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Support integrated marketing campaigns with digital components
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress
- Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and optimized for user experience
- Support SEO initiatives through content optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular performance reports on social media, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and inform strategy
- Maintain marketing dashboards in HubSpot
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or similar production-driven field
- 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and digital marketing
- Proficiency in HubSpot for social media management and marketing automation
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for content creation
- Strong understanding of social media best practices for B2B audiences
- Experience with paid digital advertising (social media and search)
- Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to interpret data
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative mindset with ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content
- Understanding of B2B buyer journey and industrial/technical markets
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B sectors
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
