Our Regional Sales Supervisors are the driving force behind market expansion, agent performance and customer acquisition.We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Regional Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire sales teams across your assigned region. The Role Purpose


To oversee and grow regional sales performance by managing agents, expanding market presence and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned region.

What You Will Own


Regional Sales Performance


  • Drive and monitor sales targets across the region
  • Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
  • Coach and motivate sales agents to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop action plans to improve underperforming areas

Agent Management & Activation


  • Recruit, onboard and activate new agents
  • Ensure agents are trained, compliant and operationally effective
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
  • Identify and resolve field challenges quickly

Market Expansion


  • Scout and assess new potential locations for expansion
  • Conduct feasibility checks and submit proposals for approval
  • Coordinate logistics for new deployments
  • Grow brand visibility and regional footprint

Operational & Stock Management


  • Ensure adequate marketing materials and stock availability
  • Monitor expenses and ensure proper reporting
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports

Brand & Customer Engagement


  • Uphold and promote the Mukuru brand professionally
  • Educate customers on Mukuru products and services
  • Identify new business leads and partnerships

Compliance & Risk Management


  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor transaction compliance and escalate issues when necessary
  • Manage HR and performance-related matters within the team

What You Bring


  • Sales qualification or relevant diploma/degree
  • Experience in sales supervision or field sales
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management ability
  • Ability to analyse sales data and identify trends
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment
