Job Summary:
Stirista offers a robust internship program with hands-on responsibilities. The goal of our program is to provide interns with substantive, meaningful work experience to conclude the internship period with demonstrable skills in their area of interest. You will be given the opportunity to learn closely with staff and assist with various departmental functions across the Stirista organization. This is a part-time, paid internship position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure departmental goals are met on schedule.
- Thoughtfully receive, respond to, and execute requests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Learn from internal subject matter experts about our services/products to deepen your own expertise.
- Communicate (written and oral) with clients and colleagues in an open, clear, friendly, confident manner.
- Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and recommends solutions proactively
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a focus on results.
- Shows poise under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
To qualify for the Stirista Internship Program candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be available to commit at minimum 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (May 19th - August 7th).
- Must be currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time college student entering junior or senior year of study.
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Accounting/Finance or a degree in a related field (transcript may be required for verification).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Candidates must show initiative and possess the willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools such as email, internet and Google Suite of products.
Departmental Openings
- Marketing & PR Intern-Support the front lines of our brand through Lead Gen, PR outreach, and social media management. Gain a deep understanding of B2B operations and master digital lead generation.
- Client Services Intern-Assist with campaign performance reporting, deck building, and preparing for high-level client meetings. Learn the art of client management and develop valuable skills related to teamwork, project management, and managing cross-functional relationships
- Creative & Strategy Intern-A dual-threat role! You’ll handle everything from UX design and social graphics to SEO research and media strategy. Build a diverse portfolio covering both high-level marketing strategy and hands-on creative execution.
- Data Operations Intern-Get hands-on with the engine of our company by assisting with counts request completion and data management. Gain technical proficiency in data processing and operational workflows.
- Product Management Intern-Focus on the build! You’ll develop product requirements, perform testing, and explore AI-driven development. Experience the full product development lifecycle in a modern, AI-forward environment.
- Audience Solutions Intern--Dive into high-impact data projects, including segment description reviews, storefront cleanup, and building a custom "Persona taxonomy" to map the diverse buying habits of real-world consumers. Master marketing strategy for syndicated audiences, learning exactly how audiences are built, described, and deployed across the industry.
- Software Engineering/PMO Intern- Bridge the gap between tech and business by assisting with project analysis and documentation. Master Agile development frameworks and see how software projects move from idea to execution.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.
