Position Summary


This role is focused on building and developing high performing outbound sales teams, driving operational rigor, and helping scale a performance driven marketplace.The ideal candidate has experience leading full cycle B2B sales teams, understands performance based or marketplace business models, and knows how to drive productivity, forecasting discipline, and strong coaching cultures.

At eLocal you will:


  • Build, lead, and develop a team of full cycle outbound Account Executives responsible for driving new revenue within a performance based marketplace.
  • Own team quota attainment and performance consistency, with a focus on increasing productivity per AE, reducing variance, and improving ramp speed.
  • Coach AEs on prospecting strategy, pipeline generation, account planning, objection handling, pricing conversations, ROI articulation, and complex deal closing.
  • Establish operational rigor through structured forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning, and capacity modeling.
  • Drive pricing discipline within a competitive bidding marketplace, ensuring reps understand bid strategy, margin impact, and payback windows.
  • Lead effective one-on-ones, team meetings, call reviews, and ongoing training sessions to reinforce standards and elevate selling motion.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise across customer acquisition, lead generation, and performance marketing within the home services and legal verticals.
  • Hold the team accountable to clear and accurate communication of product, policies, pricing, and ROI expectations to prospects and clients.
  • Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to improve funnel performance, conversion rates, and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives including segmentation planning, headcount modeling, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends, competitive dynamics, and marketplace shifts that impact pricing, volume, and sales motion.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of deal-closing experience in B2B.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in B2B.
  • Proven track record of building and leading B2B sales teams that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong command of modern sales methodologies with the ability to coach structured discovery, value based selling, and disciplined closing behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial metrics including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback periods.
  • Experience building process, establishing forecasting rigor, and implementing scalable operational frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate both individual contributors and cross functional stakeholders.
  • High accountability leadership style that sets clear expectations and drives ownership across the team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort operating in a fast paced, data driven, metrics oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, with a strong focus on pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy.
  • Self directed, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities with minimal oversight.

We're Also Looking For:


  • Experience in a pay for performance, lead generation, marketplace, or auction based pricing model.
  • Background selling into home services operators, franchise systems, or multi location businesses.
  • Experience managing outbound full cycle sales teams.
  • Prior exposure to pricing strategy, bid optimization, or revenue efficiency modeling.
  • Demonstrated success improving close rates, revenue per rep, and overall team productivity.
  • Experience driving cross functional initiatives that improved funnel quality, conversion, or retention.
  • Familiarity with scaling teams in high growth environments where process standardization and change management are critical.
