Hands-On Manufacturing Role – Work with Precision Parts


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Anodize Technician to operate and manage our anodizing line in our finishing department. This role is responsible for applying protective finishes to machined components and ensuring they meet required specifications and quality standards.If you enjoy hands-on work, structured processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality, this is a great opportunity to build skills in a specialized manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do


In this role, you will operate the anodizing line and help ensure products are processed safely, efficiently, and according to specification.Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform anodizing of machined parts according to required specifications
  • Set up and validate anodizing tanks following established work instructions
  • Prioritize jobs based on production schedules and maintain efficient workflow through the line
  • Follow documented procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent results
  • Conduct required process testing and record results accurately
  • Safely handle chemicals used in the anodizing process
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications


  • Ability to recognize differences in color shades and finishes
  • Basic understanding of chemistry concepts helpful
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to safely handle chemicals and follow safety procedures

Education / Experience


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing, finishing, plating, or anodizing experience is helpful but training can be provided
