Job Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service.
- Serve as the primary post fundraiser contact for Sponsors and Fundraiser participants, providing timely and professional assistance with questions, purchases, and general support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the fundraiser cards, participating stores, purchases, and shipping.
- Answer and manage incoming calls on the company's main line, ensuring calls are handled promptly and routed appropriately when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipping status, delivery timelines, and order tracking.
- Process fundraiser order forms, card orders, and prize fulfillment accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and ship fundraising materials, including cards, order forms, posters, prizes, and related supplies.
- Assemble and collate customized fundraiser packets, ensuring sponsor-specific information is printed and organized correctly.
- Assist with maintaining organization of inventory areas, including restocking prize shelves and ensuring materials are readily available, at times.
- Assist PT staff with preparing shipments, stuffing envelopes with fundraiser cards, and assembling outgoing materials when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to support active fundraisers and ensure sponsors receive the materials and assistance needed for successful campaigns.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support multiple fundraisers simultaneously.
- Answer inquiries via phone and email, enter/process orders, and maintain customer accounts.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and troubleshooting with professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support team operations.
- Quickly and efficiently enter orders while ensuring accuracy before shipment.
- Assist with packaging and organizing fundraiser kickoff materials when needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or call center)
- Bachelor’s / 4-year degree required
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately without sacrificing quality
- Enjoy a variety of hands-on work and phone work, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to help where needed
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and can keep up when things get busy without losing accuracy.
- Consistently punctual and reliable
- Typing speed: 35 WPM+ with accuracy
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for helping others and working in a team-driven environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with MS Access, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or IT support.
- Tech-savvy? Comfortable setting up PCs, monitors, and printers? That’s a plus!
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a bonus!
