CAD Technician at Cude Engineers

Full-timeDescriptionSeeking candidates with the following qualifications for computer drafting position:

Associate degree from technical program or enrolled in college engineering program
Minimum 1-2years of experience as CAD Technician preferred
Land development experience and proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required

Requirements

Perform drafting duties for determination of project plans including, but not limited to, detailed constructions drawings and specs used in the preparation and design of civil engineering projects including, but not limited to drainage, hydraulics, storm water detention, roadway, grading, water and wastewater systems and storm water pollution prevention under the direction of supervising engineers.
Collect data for project designs
Assist in preparation of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and project permits
Maintain ongoing communication with supervising engineers.
Maintain current working and technical knowledge of all procedural and technical applications of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
