Position:
Excellent opportunity to join a leading, national credit card processing company that has over a decade of industry experience. Paynada offers innovative payment processing solutions to merchants. Paynada has put together a comprehensive package of products and services. Paynada delivers a consultative approach on the best platforms and equipment most suitable for each merchant.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviews new applications and supporting documents
- Sets up and onboards merchants into First Data and EPX systems
- Occasionallyassistssales in keying in deals to IRIS CRM
- Inputclientcontact information into IRIS CRMas needed
- Works with sales to collect requested paperwork and documentstofulfill underwriting stipulations
- Assistinmaintainingreports
- Work closely with multiple departments and First Data/EPX underwriters to ensure a smooth set up and boarding for new merchants
- Foresee and resolve potential issues with accounts from an underwriting/compliance standpoint
- Review files to ensure proper set up and storage ofappropriate documents
- Notifyappropriate partiesof expected future approvals, roadblocks, and deadlines.
- Complete account maintenanceas needed
- Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance/punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skillswith the ability tohandle multiple personalities and escalated issues
- Excellent organizational skillsandattention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills withaproven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work a varying schedule which does includeafter hourssupport
- Willingness to work in a hybrid office setting
- Bilingual is preferred, but notrequired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule & Work Location:
This position may be required to be in the Allen, Texas office 2 times a month.
