MBL Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with a strong foundation in both front end and back-end development. The ideal candidate enjoys building end to end solutions, collaborating with cross functional teams, and is open to integrating modern engineering practices - including responsible adoption of AI - to enhance productivity and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement back-end services and RESTful APIs.
- Model, maintain, and optimize relational databases using SQL.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end features with a focus on performance and usability.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and secure development practices.
- Investigate and resolve production issues while contributing to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, testers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver value.
- Utilize AI assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, code assistants) responsibly to support development and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Two or more years of professional software development experience (e.g., designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods).
- Bachelors Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Systems or related field.
- Hands on experience with SQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience working across both front end and back-end components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Adobe ColdFusion/CFML.
- Experience developing with Vue.
- Experience with PL/SQL or Oracle database programming.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with automated testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Interest in adopting and responsibly using AI tools in day-to-day development.
