Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Prefabrication Foreman to oversee prefabrication and electrical assembly work within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily workflows, supervising third-party labor, ensuring projects are completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes, and supporting the successful execution of prefabricated electrical solutions. The Prefabrication Foreman will work closely with leadership, project teams, and field personnel to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


• Coordinate daily prefabrication activities and establish workflows to ensure projects remain on schedule. • Manage material procurement needs and submit requisitions to support production timelines. • Supervise and lay out work for third-party labor crews to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. • Conduct quality control inspections to verify completed work is code compliant and meets project specifications. • Maintain current redlines and as-built documentation throughout the production process.

• Capture job progress photos and maintain records of completed work. • Identify potential risks or issues and communicate with leadership to resolve conflicts and mitigate delays. • Assist with labor planning and scheduling, including crew time reporting and short-term labor forecasting. • Participate in pricing discussions related to change orders or additional project scope when needed. • Attend meetings with sales or project teams to support customer satisfaction and project alignment. • Ensure safety procedures are followed and promote a culture of workplace safety. • Provide mentorship and training to developing electricians and team members. • Maintain knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards including the National Electrical Code (NEC). • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments. • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:


• High school diploma or GED required. • 2–5 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry. • Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable electrical standards. • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices. • Experience working with prefabrication, electrical assemblies, or construction-related environments preferred. • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.

Physical Requirements:


• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. • Regularly works in warehouse or shop environments that may not be climate controlled. • Requires standing, walking, bending, and use of tools for extended periods. • May be exposed to noise, electrical equipment, and active production environments.
