Job Title: Inventory Control Associate – Level I

JOB PURPOSE:
This is a warehouse-based role responsible for supporting inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, basic problem solving, and maintaining proper labeling and documentation. Training is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Perform daily Cycle Counts on a variety of products · Use a scale for counting O-rings· Follow and uphold inventory processes · Data entry· Read and respond to inventory requests· Assist with identifying and correcting common inventory issues· Maintain proper inventory labeling requirements· Shipment Spot Checks
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- *Forklift and reach truck driving (required)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Navigate computer systems
- Clear verbal and written communication
Detail oriented Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (heavier loads require equipment or team lifts)
- Frequent crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Salary Description$16 - $18/ hour
