Zetier seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage $10m+ contracts within the cybersecurity and operations domains supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities include managing multi-year OCO/DCO programs with geographically distributed subcontractors, providing strategic leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, leading customer interactions and briefings, overseeing program financials, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards..
Required:
- 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience
- Proven track record managing prime contracts and subcontracts
- Proficiency with sensitive customer discussions and negotiations
- Experience managing contract deliverables and financial projections
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (e.g. Reps & Certs)
- Experience managing cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active U.S. security clearance
Desired:
- Technical background in DoD/IC engineering or program management
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or intelligence operations
- Insights to procurement processes (e.g. BAAs, RFIs, RFPs)
- Background in CPFF, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials
- Experience leading prime proposal and whitepaper writing efforts
- Established network of industry contacts and relationships
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, STIG)
- Experience with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)
- PMP or equivalent certification
Primary office and classified systems in Arlington, VA. Hybrid available based on program needs.
