Associate, Customization

We are seeking a detailed and proactive Associate, Customization to support and optimize day-to-day operations across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a smooth workflow, timely execution, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage priority and urgent order requests, coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure timely customization and fulfillment.
  • Conduct scheduled process and inventory audits.
  • Conduct QC audits of embroidered items.
  • Track and analyze Operational Performance and Service Levels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures, systems, and best practices.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Customer Service, Community, Finance, and Fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operations and project progress.
  • Support vendor and partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
  • Escalate quality control concerns to Senior Associate of Customization & Director of Embroidery to ensure operational excellence is met with DHL partners. 
  • Occasional travel to retail stores and train and provide technical support to associates.

Qualifications:


  • 1+ Years in embroidery, screen printing, direct to film printing, inventory, or supply chain related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bi-lingual is strongly preferred 
  • Ability to work nights and weekends

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $22 and $26. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
