Based in China, the right candidate will help establish, build and maintain customer relations, execute business strategy, and thereby drive the development of new business for China.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


·        Working independently and in tandem with established partners, to identify and prospect potential Clients and leads, while leveraging an established contact network.·        Development and cultivation of existing relationships with current Key Accounts to ensure repeat and expanded business.·        To organize and execute face-to-face client visits, accompanied by senior operational staff as appropriate.·        Taking responsibility for all parts of the sales cycle, generating a sustainable “pipeline” of sales to meet annual growth targets.·        Meeting and exceeding agreed growth and sales targets, expanding Crown’s client base and market penetration.·        To represent CrownBio at Asia Pacific-base and international or Reginal meetings.·        To recognize sales barriers and develop methods to overcome them.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


·        BA/BS Master degree in a scientific discipline, advanced degree (PhD, MBA) strongly preferred.·        5+ years of progressive business development/sales experience in clinical CRO and/or central laboratory services, with demonstrated success in complex, global accounts and enterprise deals. candidates with sales experience or client resources in the biopharmaceutical industry.·        Background and knowledge of biology and biomarker, the drug development process and related services needed to bring the service market.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS


·        Must have strong business acumen, proficient in the use of CRM systems, exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, and have demonstrated sound decision-making skills and autonomy in past positions.·        Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and central lab delivery models, including global/multi-center study support, sample logistics, and data reporting expectations.·        Meticulous and rigorous work ethic, resilient personality, quick thinking, and high enthusiasm and ambition.·        Consultative selling, stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and influence in a matrix organization; strong business acumen and analytical capability.·        Excellent communication in Both English and Chinese.·        Flexibility to spend approx.

50%+ of sales time traveling.
