Full-timeDescriptionClient Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Digital Champion to support a program in Washington, DCFor nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  The Digital Champion assists the Government by managing the IT strategic plan and roadmap to deliver and maintain an efficient and effective workforce.

This position requires strong technical skills, solid organizational capabilities and excellent communication.

How Role will make an impact:


  • Create and execute comprehensive IT strategic plan and roadmap; coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and track risks
  • Analyze business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on IT operations
  • Serve as a Digital Champion for PMW 240 to support the Navy Enterprise transformation efforts?
  • Manage and maintain the PMW 240 SharePoint (SP) online site
  • Manage and maintain the PMW 240 FS Teams channels
  • Attend FS Digital Champion meetings and trainings
  • Create processes, guides and documentation for PMW 240 Power Automations
  • Ability to create and document process improvements that are automated for PMW 240
  • Hold FS Office Hours to answer questions, provide guides and FS updates
  • Provide management consulting to support PMW 240 with analyzing the state of their as-is business processes and IT capabilities, conduct analysis on as-is process and IT state, and develop a strategic roadmap for PMW 240 IT plan, with associated findings and recommendations to support greater efficiency
  • Develop Open communication between leaders, teams, and stakeholders to increase transparency and awareness towards progress and roadblocks
  • Provide subject matter expertise on interrelationships among portfolio programs, contracts, and acquisition elements.
  • Support Government personnel in delivering timely, cost-effective, and quality capabilities to the warfighter.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor program baselines across the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Track performance against approved plans, cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • Reviewing incoming briefs, white papers, and correspondence; preparing executive summaries and identifying key issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:


  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance; ability to support SIPRNet operations
  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years professional experience in Operations Management
  • Familiar with FlankSpeed/Microsoft Teams/Microsoft Power Automations
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
