About The Job

Manage end-to-end implementation and training processes for HotelRunner PMS and Channel Manager products
Provide fast, solution-oriented, and clear responses to customer requests
Execute support and implementation processes in line with defined SLA timelines
Accurately track and document all processes through Salesforce CRM
Foster strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and follow up with post-process feedback

Requirements

High school or Bachelor’s degree graduate
Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) with a disability degree of 40% or above
Self-learner, able to work independently, and a strong team player
Experience in call center and/or customer relations
English proficiency (preferred)
Residing in İzmir
