Job Summary / Purpose
The Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement is the senior executive responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including direct and indirect procurement, supplier and OEM partnership management, demand and supply planning, warehouse operations, staging/repair oversight, logistics coordination, and procurement governance. This leader ensures operational excellence across our combined hardware and software ecosystem — spanning both first‑party and third‑party hardware solutions — and is accountable for reliability, cost optimization, supplier performance, and seamless internal alignment to support exceptional client experience delivery.

This role collaborates with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, Client Success, Finance, Legal, IT & Enterprise Applications, Facilities, Global Services, Client Support, and Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Strategic Leadership- Build and execute comprehensive Supply Chain & Procurement strategy.- Lead procurement governance across all categories.2. Procurement & Supplier Management- Oversee sourcing strategy, RFPs, negotiations, contracts, supplier scorecards.- Manage direct and indirect procurrent3. Supply Chain Operations- Lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization.- Oversee warehouse, staging/repair, logistics, RMA/SRA workflows.4. Cross‑Functional Alignment- Partner across Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Client Experience.5.
Technology, Data, & Process Excellence- Drive ERP optimization, workflow automation, reporting.6. Leadership & Talent Development- Build and lead a high‑performing global team.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 10–15+ years leadership in supply chain and procurement.
- MBA
- Certifications (CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, CSCMP, SCOR).
- Experience with direct/indirect spend, hardware ecosystems, vendor management.
- ERP proficiency (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strategic planning, analytics, communication, leadership.
- Domestic and international travel as needed.
- Client‑obsessed leadership, operational excellence, collaborative influence, bias for action, data‑driven judgment, continuous improvement, integrity.
- Acts as a coach, mentor, and servant leader who develops, empowers, and elevates a high-performing team—recognizing that people are our greatest asset and investing in their growth to unlock their full potential.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
