The Opportunity
We are looking for a Test Analyst who sees quality as a strategic advantage, not just a checklist.In this role, you will help safeguard the reliability of products used by millions. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure that every release meets the highest standards of functionality, performance and stability.If you are analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement, this role offers the opportunity to influence quality at scale.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Quality Ownership
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans aligned to business requirements
- Define and validate acceptance criteria with Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Identify, document and track defects through to resolution
- Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
Automation and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
- Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and reduce manual effort
- Continuously refine testing methodologies and processes
- Contribute to improving overall engineering quality practices
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work within Agile scrum teams to support daily releases
- Partner with engineers to troubleshoot and debug issues
- Provide clear, structured feedback on testing outcomes
- Support release readiness and risk assessment
Technical Validation
- Test RESTful APIs and validate integrations
- Work with MySQL databases to validate data integrity
- Use tools such as JIRA, Xray, Git and Postman effectively
- Participate in release and regression testing cycles
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with exposure to test automation
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and Agile practices
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and basic database validation
- Working knowledge of MySQL and an Object-Oriented Programming language
- Familiarity with JIRA, Git, Postman and test management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Advantageous Experience
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Codeception or Selenium
- Exposure to performance and security testing
- Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud environments
