Project Manager

This position will be an integral part of the sales support team, going on calls as necessary,assisting in preparing presentations, developing the best solution for a particular clientbased on a needs analysis, developing proposals, and managing projects and key accountsas directed. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinatorsand Salespeople.

• Oversee the individual projects of the Account Manager• Act as the liaison between the customer and the Account Manager• Stay up to date on all products/systems/offerings within the industry• Collaborate with Account Managers to evaluate customer needs, design andpresent the best solution to the customer• Collaborate with Account Managers to visit customer sites and interface withappropriate customer contacts• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawlessexecution of projects• Develop and prepare effective proposals to provide to Account/Prospect• Interact with clients to identify and define project requirements• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of eachopen job• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Adhere to company project management processes• Analyze and review the project after completion to identify improvementopportunities• Share project results and best practices within the team and company• Participate in internal projects as required• Demonstrated proficiency managing moderate- to high-complexity projects• Manage 1-2 month install durations without assistance or supervision• Successfully navigate permit/inspection process without assistance orsupervision• Some experience with strategic customers• Manage projects with multiple design scopes• Support on design/implementation calls with vendors and/or customers• Approve vendor payments and initiate progressive customer invoicingschedule

• Highly detail-oriented, ability to manage critical deadlines• Ability to multitask effectively & prioritize & execute tasks• Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented,collaborative environment is essential• Ability to work through project issues with customers in a timely manner• Technically competent and proficient with various softwareprograms: Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD, Smartsheet• Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, email,phone calls• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies• Strong technical aptitude – highly knowledgeable of industry systemsincluding complex integrated systems and components• BA/BS or equivalent experience• 1-2 Years experience in an Associate Project Manager role
