Full-timeDescriptionJob Summary:As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our marketing analytics initiatives, transforming intricate data into clear, actionable insights for our clients. You'll strategically own client projects, developing innovative, high-impact data solutions that empower marketers to enhance performance, personalization, and ROI. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creativity, focusing on the end-to-end process of data analysis, from writing complex SQL queries to crafting compelling data visualizations and narratives.

At its core, this position champions innovation by:? Developing quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to demonstrate the performance of key business initiatives and identify areas for optimization.? Synthesizing complex analytics into compelling top-level findings for presentations to senior marketing executives.? Taking pride in building things and seeing your ideas through to the end-product, whether it’s a Tableau dashboard, an Excel output, or an elegant SQL code solution.Duties/Responsibilities:? Strategically own client projects from beginning to end, serving as the expert analyst on the team.? Develop quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to demonstrate the performance of key business initiatives and define areas for optimization.? Synthesize complex analytics into compelling top-level findings for presentations to senior marketing executives.? Utilize modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.) using Python/R.? Work collaboratively with data engineers and solution architects to source new data, resolve system issues impeding data extraction, and design structures that best support analytical efforts.? Partner with internal and client-marketing teams to define and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize customer value.

? Share expertise with other team members and lead new analytical initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:? Proven ability to design analytical approaches to understand key business behaviors that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.? Strong proficiency in SQL, including on-the-job experience collaborating with architects on table design to support reporting and ad hoc requests.? Expertise in Tableau, with on-the-job experience creating dynamic Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.? Proficiency in Python, with on-the-job experience designing statistical models.

? Excellent storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations.? Curious and adaptable, with a strong desire to understand underlying data and manage multiple projects simultaneously.? Collaborative team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment.? Strong business operations, project management, and problem-solving skills. ? Proficiency in SQL for manipulating and summarizing large datasets from multiple sources.? Hands-on experience creating dynamic dashboards using Tableau.? High degree of technical competency in data analysis and visualization.Education and Experience:? Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science).

? 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics.?
