Role Purpose
Front of House team members are the face of Independent Food Company. They deliver warm, efficient, and consistent guest experiences while maintaining brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Follow brand service standards, SOPs, and hygiene policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Adhere to food safety, health, and safety guidelines
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure service efficiency
