You will lead the charge in creating intuitive, high-quality interfaces that drive business success while delivering exceptional user experiences. Collaboration, curiosity, and adaptability define our approach, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic direction, concepts, and UX/UI design for digital applications, mixed reality, and physical-digital experiences
- Create prototypes, iterate, and fine-tune details in close collaboration with fellow designers
- Design and facilitate workshops with users, clients, and colleagues
- Lead the strategy-design process – from pitching and scoping to insights, execution, and final delivery
- Continuously explore and re-invent ways of working, sharing inspiration and knowledge with the team.
Who you are and what you’ll bring
- A problem-solver who turns complex design challenges into elegant solutions
- Highly skilled in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio to back it up
- Fluent in industry-standard design tools and always curious about what’s next
- Smart and curious use of AI as part of your design workflows
- Experienced – at least five years in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment
- Bonus points if you have motion design skills (After Effects, Principle, or similar tools)
- Mindset and personality can beat the amount of years that you have been working
- A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken.
