Your Role at Reputation:
Reputation, the leader in Online Reputation Management, operates in a dynamic space ripe with opportunity. Having defined the industry 15 years ago, Reputation is poised to reimagine the marketplace for the AI Era.As an Account Executive, SMB, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business in the SMB segment. You are committed to winning and competitive spirit runs in your blood.
You have a unique ability to uncover customer needs and drive consensus across all stakeholders, regardless of the level. You are curious by nature, self-motivated and possess a relentless drive and initiative to win – anything it takes to close a deal!
How You’ll Shape the Experience:
- Build and execute strategic deal plans across your territory to consistently generate new business opportunities
- Deliver compelling, tailored presentations that communicate Reputation’s unique value proposition.
- Use modern selling techniques to guide customer thinking and position Reputation as a must-have solution
- Drives successful negotiations and effectively manages customer consensus.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Services teams to drive sales success.
- Maintain active and accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.com

The Skills That Set You Apart:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred, but not required if you have relevant experience
- Consistent record of surpassing sales quotas and owning the full sales cycle
- Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders across various industries
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strategic focus and operational discipline.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) with strong forecasting skills and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated self-starter mindset with the ability to create, qualify, and grow your own pipeline
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to executive audiences
- Comfortable leveraging cross-functional teams to create customer value and close complex deals.
Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:
- Your main HQ is our Liverpool office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (subject to change) and working from home on Mondays and Fridays.
