Your Role:
As the Manager, Digital Media, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital acquisition campaigns that connect motivated students with transformative international education experiences. You’ll drive qualified B2C leads across CEA CAPA’s portfolio by owning paid social and paid search strategy, budget allocation, and agency performance.You’ll lead disciplined investment, guide channel optimization, and ensure alignment with enrollment goals and broader marketing initiatives.
This role requires deep analytical rigor, performance accountability, and a strong command of the digital acquisition landscape—you’ll operate as a key driver of CEA CAPA’s digital growth engine.
What You’ll Do:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and activate paid social and search strategies aligned to lead generation and enrollment goals.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure paid initiatives are aligned with integrated marketing plans, launch calendars, and product priorities.
Budget & Agency Management
- Own paid media budgets across platforms, ensuring disciplined allocation, efficiency, and ROI.
- Lead agency relationships by setting performance expectations, reviewing results, and guiding optimizations.
- Reallocate spend based on performance trends, seasonal patterns, and evolving business needs.
- Deliver regular pacing, forecasting, and performance updates to the Director.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Brand to develop high-performing creative assets tailored for paid channels.
- Partner closely with the Specialist, Social Media to ensure cohesive storytelling across paid and organic content.
- Work with Lifecycle Marketing to strengthen the lead-to-application journey and improve conversion outcomes.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs including lead volume, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
- Work with Analytics and Web teams to ensure clean attribution, tagging accuracy, and dashboard reliability.
- Support weekly lead reporting and align performance insights with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- 5–8 years of paid media or performance marketing experience.
- Proven success managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Experience overseeing budgets and agency partnerships.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and performance storytelling skills.
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners.

- Background operating in high-consideration or application-based customer journeys.
- Familiarity with SEO/GEO/AEO optimization strategies.
