Purpose:
The IT Audit Lead is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits, advisory engagements, and risk assessments across the organization’s technology environment. This role leads planning and fieldwork for assigned audits, coordinates with business and IT stakeholders, ensures that audit work meets professional and internal quality standards, and assists in the drafting of audit observations. The IT Audit Lead plays a key role in assessing the effectiveness of IT controls, cybersecurity practices, system implementations, and change management processes, and serves as a subject‑matter resource to both Internal Audit and the broader organization.The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to the job.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT audit engagements, including scoping, risk assessment, testing strategy, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Design and execute audit procedures that adhere to IIA standards and internal audit methodology.
- Prepare audit work papers and reports that document the audit work performed and any internal control issues identified during the audit.
- Communicates audit findings and recommendations to the Director, IT Audit or to the SVP, Chief Internal Audit Officer.
- Supervise and review the work of IT Auditors or Senior IT Auditors.
- Assist in managing relationships with third-party providers providing co-sourcing/outsourcing services.
- Support the annual IT risk assessment and audit plan development.
- Assists other audit staff, external auditors and regulators as necessary.
- Performs special assignments or audits as directed.

Position Requirements
:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field. CISA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT audit or technology risk with public accounting experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with operating systems (Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux), databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), firewall/routers, and cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of internal control and information systems concepts.
- Must not have been convicted on any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security.
- Ability to work full-time.

Hiring Range: $113,000-133,000Hiring ranges reflect the base salary that the Bank reasonably expects to pay for a given role and is not inclusive of annual incentive award opportunities, retirement benefits or the value of other health and welfare or other ancillary benefits. We consider many factors when determining base salaries such as individual background and experience, the competitive environment, education, particular skill set(s), and industry and institutional knowledge.
