About the Role


The Marketing & Creative Coordinator plays a hands-on role in executing AWL’s marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. Working onsite and collaborating closely with senior marketing leadership, you will help bring the AWL brand to life across digital platforms, community outreach efforts, and internal communications. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of projects, contribute creative ideas, and gain broad exposure to marketing strategy and execution in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do


• Support the development and implementation of marketing and brand initiatives• Manage and grow AWL’s social media presence with engaging, mission-aligned content• Assist with website updates, email marketing campaigns, and foundational SEO/SEM activities• Contribute to planning and coordinating internal and community-based events• Conduct market and audience research to inform marketing strategies• Ensure brand consistency across digital and print communications• Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics

What You Bring


• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field• Working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred• Strong writing and storytelling skills• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities• Creative thinker with curiosity and initiative• Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a mission-driven environment• Passion for community impact and innovative communication• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred (not required)
