Area Manager – F&B
Job Purpose:
Oversee multiple outlets to ensure optimal financial and operational performance, high-quality standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor outlet performance and achieve financial and operational targets.
- Ensure food quality, service excellence, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Lead and develop teams across multiple outlets.
- Support new outlet openings and implement growth and expansion strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the F&B sector.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to travel between outlets.
