Role Snapshot

What You’ll Do
- Lead telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology patients
- Manage hypertension, CHF, CAD, and lipid disorders
- Adjust meds using evidence-based protocols
- Order labs, imaging, and follow-ups
- Document cleanly in the EMR
- Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams
Must-Haves
- Active NP license in MD or D.C.
- 2+ years general cardiology experience
- Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in Columbia, MD
- Comfortable running independent telehealth visits

- Prior telehealth experience
- Large health system experience
