We are excited to announce the opening of our new outlet in Al Ain and are looking to build a strong Back of House team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
- Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with stock control, storage, and minimizing wastage
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar BOH role (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
