You’ll bring our brand voice to life through every interaction, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and supported.What you’ll do:Provide friendly, empathetic, and solutions-focused support across Emails, Chat, Calls, SMS & our social channelsRespond to enquiries in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of careMeet and exceed individual and team KPIs and performance targetsUse customer feedback to think strategically and contribute to continuous improvementWe’re looking for someone who:Is a strong collaborative team playerTakes initiative and actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and experiencesThinks creatively and solves problems with confidenceIs highly accountable and takes ownershipCan juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease2+ years in Customer Service, preferably in E-commerceHas strong written and verbal communication skillsHas experience in Shopify, Gorgias, Loop or G-Suite (Nice to have but not required)Lives local to our West Hollywood OfficeCompensation range: $20-25/hourWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
