Position Information:BreakForth Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Management and Compliance Program Analyst to support the effort of the team supporting our federal customer agency’s senior executives and administrative front office. The candidate should have experience providing programmatic, analytical, and executive coordination support to senior federal executives and managing complex, multi-stakeholder clearance processes across large organizations. Experience working in Federal IT organizations is preferred.
Essential FunctionsThis role will be responsible for performing tasks such as but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee multiple concurrent stakeholder clearance cycles for memoranda, legislative proposals, technical assistance (TA), briefing materials, and related executive correspondence for the executive front office.
- Coordinate across agency components, front offices, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to obtain timely and comprehensive input.
- Consolidate, reconcile, and adjudicate comments from diverse stakeholders to produce unified, executive-ready draft documents.
- Maintain and manage tracking mechanisms for 1,600+ active and historical clearance items, ensuring transparency, status visibility, and adherence to deadlines.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive actions to closure while elevating issues as appropriate.
- Provide strategic advisory, analytical, and project management support to the executive for Management and Compliance.
- Review, refine, and elevate draft materials to meet executive-level standards for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and policy alignment.
- Prepare executive briefings, decision memoranda, talking points, white papers, and reports in support of senior leadership engagements.
- Ensure deliverables reflect agency policy, compliance frameworks, and leadership intent.
- Track executive priorities, deliverables, and milestone actions across multiple initiatives.
- Analyze existing clearance workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accountability, and communication.
- Develop tracking tools, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support sustained operational effectiveness.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to compliance and coordination efforts.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant program analyst experience supporting senior federal leadership.
- Education/Experience Equivalent:Associate’sdegree + 7 years relevant experience or HS + 9 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive clearance processes within a federal agency.
- Experience consolidating multi-component comments and producing executive-ready materials.
- Significant experiences supporting SES-level or equivalent leadership.
- Experience working in a federal regulatory, legislative, or compliance-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced document editing and executive correspondence drafting capability.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume,high-visibility workloads.
- Proven ability to manage 1,000+ tracking actions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills across diverse offices.
- Strategic thinking and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced executive environment.
Desired Knowledge/Skills
- Experience supporting Cabinet-level federal agencies.
- Familiarity with federal legislative clearance processes, policy coordination, or compliance oversight structures.
- Experience using task tracking and document management systems within a federal environment.
