About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full cycle hiring process across our portfolio of companies. While this role anchors operational excellence in recruitment, it requires more than coordination, we’re seeking a proactive builder who takes ownership, exercises strong judgment, and continuously improves processes.This role is critical in delivering seamless, professional, and candidate-centric hiring experience from interview scheduling and feedback tracking to offer coordination and pre-onboarding.
You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams across geographies, ensuring our hiring engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with precision.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building structure where needed, and takes pride in excellence in execution.
The Role:
- Own End-to-End Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling across global time zones with precision, ensuring seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams (virtual, in-office, and open day events).
- Drive Process Discipline: Maintain accurate and real-time updates in the ATS, ensure structured feedback collection, and uphold documentation standards with strong attention to detail.
- Execute Offer & Pre-Onboarding Activities: Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and reference checks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exercise Strong Judgment: Independently resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in dynamic situations while escalating thoughtfully when needed.
- Operate with a Builder Mindset: Identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and create scalable coordination processes that strengthen recruitment operations especially in evolving or loosely defined environments.
- Balance Structure with Agility: Bring strong personal organization and process discipline while excelling in unstructured, fast-moving environments where processes are still being built.
- Deliver Exceptional Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, demonstrating clarity, responsiveness, and confidence in both virtual and in-person interactions.
- Demonstrate Ownership & Drive: Take initiative beyond assigned tasks, proactively follow up, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure hiring processes move forward without delays.
Qualifications for Success:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role (preferably in a multi-business or global environment).● Highly structured and organized, with the ability to create clarity and order in ambiguous or evolving environments.● Demonstrated strong judgment, critical thinking ability, and problem-solving capability.● Self-starter with a “doer” mindset, driven, hungry to learn, and comfortable taking ownership.● Ability to build, follow, and continuously improve structured processes.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (virtual and in-person).● High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reporting discipline.● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Suite. Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) preferred.
