Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Amazon and other major marketplaces’ listing and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and with external brand partners.
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and instructions. (Mandarin is mandatory)
  • Experience with data management tools and ecommerce platforms (especially Excel) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in product onboarding or ecommerce project management.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketplace data requirements and compliance is preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

Essential Duties:


  • Lead the Masterfile creation process for new brands, ensuring accuracy and completeness across various marketplaces.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (including SEMs, EPMs, and data quality teams) to optimize onboarding workflows.
  • Engage directly with brand partners to collect necessary product information and guarantee compliance with marketplace standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings, variations, and contribution updates.
  • Track and monitor onboarding progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Document best practices and support the development of scalable onboarding procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as the role expands beyond initial Masterfile creation responsibilities.
