Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR)


to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective enterprisecustomers, responsible foridentifyingand qualifying new business opportunities. Your primarygoalwill be booking qualified meetings for your assigned Account Executive while independently managing your ownbook of business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and is energized by the opportunity to buildpipeline,drive revenue, and achieve meaningful personalsuccess.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for your assigned Account Executive through strategic outbound prospecting efforts
  • Make75+ cold calls per dayto prospective enterprise healthcarecustomers
  • Independently manage andmaintainyour assigned book of business with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Research andidentifykey healthcare decision-makers (e.g., CNO, CMIO, CIO, IT and Operations leaders) within target accounts
  • Effectively communicateTigerConnect'svalue proposition to potential customers
  • Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce and use Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo to power efficient, high-impact prospecting
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals
  • Develop a working understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly meeting and pipeline targets

What You Bring


Required:


  • 2+ yearsprofessionalworking experience with at least1+ year of SaaS BDR/SDR experienceorin aclosingrole 
  • Bachelor’sdegreein a relevant fieldrequired
  • Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding targets
  • ProficiencywithSalesforce,Outreach,Nooks,andZoomInfoor similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated,competitive, andthrives in a pay-for-performance
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (75+ calls/day)
  • High energy, resilience, and positivity aligned with theTigerConnectculture
  • Healthcareindustry experience

Preferred:


  • Experience with AI prospecting software and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence tools
  • Experience prospecting into acute healthcare organizations
