Full-timeDescriptionYou'll be the backbone of our staging operation—receiving inventory, organizing it with military precision, and making sure production has exactly what they need, when they need it. This role requires constant monitoring and adjusting to the production schedule. The right person is comfortable adjusting priorities on the fly, daily check-ins with leaders, and keeping a well organized, clean workspace. You'll report to Frank, our Warehouse Manager, and work alongside a team that values consistency, quality, and follow-through.
We move fast, but we don't cut corners.Hours are Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm; starting pay $17.00/hourRequirements
- At least 6 consecutive months in a warehouse/production environment, or equivalent role with inventory handling, materials counting, and order processing/verification.
- Experience in an apparel warehouse is preferred.
- Ability to stand all day, safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, and lift boxes and materials up to 30 pounds.
- High accuracy with counting, tracking, and matching numbers.
- Computer aptitude such as Google Sheets, Excel, email and chat preferred.
- Support your team in a collaborative environment while demonstrating your ability to work independently.

- Help out wherever you're needed. - This includes stepping in when another area needs support and helping backup specific tasks. Show how your work has a greater impact with the team.
WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Receiving & organizing inventory so it's always accessible and accounted for
- Staging materials for production orders with zero errors—right product, right time
- Accurate counting & space optimization - you rule at Tetris, good at constantly reshuffling and organizing the working space
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Adapting as we grow—this is a fast-moving environment, and we need someone who is flexible and open to solving problems together
- Pulling inventory for sample requests, B2C orders, and production needs, working with other teams as needed
- Can-Do - You bring solutions, not excuses. When priorities shift or problems pop up, you focus on making it work
