Job Overview:
Responsible for supporting the Wasserman Creative & Content Accounting team in their efforts to accomplish the company’s goals and objectives by providing accounting and financial support. This includes generating customer invoices, reviewing and analyzing customer contracts, processing supplier invoices, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, setting up and activating projects, supporting with customer invoicing reconciliations, and any other ad hoc support as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Generate customer invoices- Process supplier invoices- Communicate and liaison with Creative and Content team departments on invoice and payment statuses- Review client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce records- Prepare Journal entries- Assist with any month end close support as needed- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations - Set up and activate internal project codes- Support customer invoice reconciliations by compiling expenses and supplier invoice support
