Working at Glenmede, you will experience the infrastructure and resources of a large firm combined with the client and employee focus of an independently owned boutique.This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).

The Platform Solutions department is integral to the firm's mission of empowering financial futures. This department focuses on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the technology and operational infrastructure that supports Glenmede's core business functions. By leveraging industry leading technology and streamlined operations, the Platform Solutions team ensures that Glenmede remains at the forefront of the financial services industry. The team collaborates closely with various departments to align technology initiatives with business goals, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Automation and Data Analyst Co-op, you will play a crucial role in supporting our platform solutions department. You will work closely with various teams to automate processes, analyze data, and provide actionable insights. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automation, data analysis, and business intelligence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong programming skills in any language, Python preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UiPath).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
