Job Summary


The Hosting Operations Associate is the backbone of the Business Development team. This role serves as the primary bridge between our high-value podcast partners, the Support team, and our Sales department. You will ensure a "white-glove" onboarding experience, monitor existing accounts for revenue growth opportunities, and provide the expertise necessary to keep our largest creators thriving.How You Will Make an Impact

  • White-Glove Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding high-value shows, ensuring a seamless migration of RSS feeds and immediate enrollment in programmatic advertising.
  • Account Optimization: Analyze performance data for current accounts to identify "rising star" podcasts that are ready for premium monetization or expanded advertising tiers.
  • Inventory Strategy: Partner with the Sales team to manage programmatic inventory, ensuring we are maximizing fill rates and revenue for our creators.
  • Technical Liaison: Collaborate with the Support team to identify and resolve technical feed irregularities, ingestion issues, or distribution hurdles for key partners.
  • Podcast SME: Serve as an internal subject matter expert on podcasting trends, RSS standards, and industry best practices to assist the Business Development team during client consultations.
  • Revenue Protection: Monitor show growth and health metrics to provide feedback on where show optimization (metadata, SEO, packaging) can be improved to prevent churn and increase earnings.

​What We’re Looking For

  • Podcast Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in podcasting or hosting, with a deep understanding of the podcasting and podcasting monetization ecosystem.
  • Technical Problem Solver: Experience with ingesting, redirecting, and troubleshooting audio/video content. You should be able to spot a "broken" feed at a glance.
  • Client-Facing Professional: Strong background in customer relationship management or account management, with the ability to explain technical concepts to creators.
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to monitor and report on complex datasets regarding inventory and show growth.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who can work effectively across Clients, Support, Sales, and Leadership
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
