The Role


We're looking for a versatile Brand Designer to bring Affinity's visual identity to life across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on execution role—you'll create high-quality design assets, build scalable templates and systems, and own production from concept through delivery. Working alongside our Brand Design Lead and reporting to the Director of Brand, you'll balance creative craft with executional rigor, ensuring everything we ship feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably Affinity.

What You'll Do


Design Brand & Campaign Assets


  • Design high-quality assets across campaigns, email, social, paid media, events, and out-of-home — including banners, carousels, signage, booth visuals, and swag
  • Design and build landing pages and website updates in Webflow
  • Help build a great brand from the inside out—create merch and internal assets that our team loves

Build Scalable Templates & Systems


  • Create reusable, on-brand templates and grab-and-go assets that teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and HR can use confidently
  • Translate creative work into guidelines, templates, and resources that enable teams across the company to execute independently while maintaining quality
  • Ensure brand consistency while thoughtfully evolving our visual language as the company grows

Support Product Marketing & Launches


  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Design to create assets for product launches, customer stories, and major announcements
  • Create clear, compelling visuals that explain product workflows, features, and value for blog posts, product pages, and sales materials
  • Design sales presentations, one-pagers, and case studies that support the revenue team

Experience & Portfolio


  • 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, with work spanning digital, physical, and illustrative outputs
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across web, campaign, brand, and production design
  • B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company experience nice-to-have

Technical Skills


  • Fluency in Figma (primary tool) and Webflow, with comfort preparing assets for web, email, print, and large-format production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • After Effects, Lottie, and HTML/CSS experience a plus
  • Experience with Canva for developing self-serve templates that enable non-designers to create on-brand assets

  • A systems-and-template-driven mindset, with a love for creating assets other teams can reuse confidently and at scale
  • Data-informed thinking—you understand how creative decisions impact conversion and engagement, while still championing distinctiveness
  • A strong eye for detail and consistency, with deep care for craft, clarity, and finish
  • The ability to stay calm and focused in fast-moving environments, balancing creative exploration with executional rigor

Project & Time Management


  • Strong project management skills—you can prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and ship on deadline without dedicated creative ops support
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus

Communication & Collaboration


  • Excellent communicator who can articulate design rationale and present work to stakeholders
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate constructively
  • An easy, effective collaboration style across Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Events, and external vendors

Nice to Have


  • Motion graphics skills (After Effects, Lottie) for animated content and web animations
  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Familiarity with private capital markets or financial services
  • Background in both agency and in-house environments

Work Location:

Remote, San Francisco, New York, or Barcelona
For those located in San Francisco or New York, for this role we're embracing a hub-hybrid model, designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration. Team members within commuting distance are expected in-office 2–3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD Base. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
