Solutions Consultant
CreatorIQ’s Solutions Consultants (SCs) are strategic advisors who play a critical role in the sales cycle. Blending technical expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling, SCs partner cross-functionally to design end-to-end solutions that map directly to a customer’s business goals.SCs are the product expert in the room—trusted by prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders alike—to articulate clear business value and guide complex buying decisions.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Sales to lead discovery and uncover customer goals, current state, and future vision
- Design and deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations, custom workshops, and white-glove trials that align to each customer’s business objectives
- Develop compelling presentations and customer-specific collateral
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brands and campaigns
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, timely, and high-quality RFP/RFI responses
- Maintain deep expertise in CreatorIQ’s platform, integrations, and new product updates
- Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from operational teams to C-suite executives, tailoring the message to each level
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders from practitioners to C-suite executives
- Strong storyteller and presenter, able to translate technical capabilities into clear executive-level business value
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or selling to enterprise marketing/brand teams is a plus
- Methodical and detail-oriented in preparation and execution
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced sales cycles
- Collaborative team player with high ownership and accountability
- Motivated to develop deep expertise in CreatorIQ’s platform and continuously expand product knowledge
