Job Description:
The
Management Consultant plays a key role in planning and executing impactful initiatives for leading organizations across Atlanta and beyond. In this role, you will support and deliver complex client engagements, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the continued growth of Collective Insights through high‑quality client delivery and relationship building.
What You Will Be Doing:
Client Delivery & Project Execution
- Execution: Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, challenges, and objectives to deliver work products that drive meaningful outcomes.
- Project Support: Support or lead workstreams within enterprise‑level initiatives, contributing to successful delivery across project phases.
- Facilitation: Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with client stakeholders.
- Delivery Ownership: Produce high‑quality client deliverables, analysis, and documentation aligned to CI standards.
Collaboration, Influence & Partnership
- Client Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with client team members and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Cross‑Disciplinary Support: Work across multiple disciplines and functional areas to meet client needs and project goals.
What You Bring
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience as a Management Consultant with a Big 4 or comparable consulting firm.
- Project Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives for large or global organizations.
- Client Engagement Skills: Ability to build credibility, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with client teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution required
- Master’s degree or post‑graduate coursework preferred

- Flexibility to work across multiple client environments and functional areas
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
