Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will support the identification, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to proactively reduce organizational risk. This role focuses on monitoring emerging threats, analyzing indicators of compromise (IOCs), supporting incident response, and producing actionable intelligence to enhance security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze cyber threats using open-source, commercial, and internal intelligence sourcesIdentify, validate, and contextualize IOCs, TTPs, and threat actor activitySupport Incident Response and SOC teams with timely and actionable threat intelligenceTrack threat actors, campaigns, and vulnerabilities relevant to the organizationContribute to threat intelligence reports, advisories, and briefingsAssist in tuning detections and controls based on threat intelligence findingsMaintain awareness of emerging attack techniques and trends (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)Participate in threat hunting and proactive risk identification activitiesDocument findings clearly and accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, SOC, Incident Response, or Security OperationsStrong understanding of:Common cyber threats (phishing, malware, ransomware, BEC, credential theft)Attack lifecycle and adversary techniquesWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
