Job Description:
Turning Point USA is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support the Club America Department by developing, coordinating, and executing campaigns and initiatives that directly serve TPUSA’s National Field Program. The NFP Club America Campaigns and Initiatives Administrator plays a critical role in driving recruitment, visibility, and engagement efforts by planning and overseeing campus-based campaigns that strengthen chapter growth and student participation nationwide. This role works closely with Club America leadership, field representatives, data staff, and cross-functional teams to design and execute recruitment and visibility initiatives, including voter registration drives, tailgates, and campus culture campaigns. There is a strong emphasis on aligning initiatives with student interests and campus trends while ensuring consistent execution, oversight, and performance tracking across territories.
The Club America Campaigns and Initiatives Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and tracking campaign efforts across Club America Field Representatives. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment-oriented programs and ambassador tracks, supervising students and representatives involved in initiatives, coordinating focus groups and campaign events, and partnering with data staff to track KPIs and measure program performance and reach. This role also places a strong emphasis on researching cultural, behavioral, and demographic trends to expandthe field program’s audience and effectively engage high school students in alignment with organizational goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
- Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
- Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Experience planning, coordinating, or executing events, outreach initiatives, or recruitment programs
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
- Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.

- Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed.
