- Operate and Master:Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to exact specifications.
- Precision & Quality:Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure every part meets strict quality control standards.
- Innovate & Improve:Troubleshoot and make real-time adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance and quality.
- Collaborate:Work closely with project managers and engineers in a team-focused environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain & Oversee:Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and manage related inventory and production logs.
- What You'll Need (Qualifications):
- Experience:We train in house, no experience is needed but is helpful
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Aptitude:Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment:Dedication to workplace safety procedures and a strong work ethic.
- Quality- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.• Safety and Security- Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
