About the role

As a member of our Customer Support team, you’ll be the voice of Teamtailor, helping users and making sure they have a great experience every time they reach out. We're proud of our fast response times (average 2 minutes) and a 98% customer satisfaction score 🤩

Your mission? Deliver exceptional support, solve real problems, and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.


What you’ll be doing


💬 Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), and email🧩 Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our tech team to solve complex cases📢 Gather and share customer feedback with our product team🐛 Identify, verify, and report bugs (and keep customers in the loop)📚 Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)🤝 Build strong relationships by being proactive and genuinely helpful

What we’re looking for


💬 You're fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken💡 You bring solid experience in customer support (bonus if it’s in SaaS)🔍 You think analytically and enjoy learning new things🧠 You’re a natural problem-solver who feels at home with tech🌟 You take pride in delivering excellent service and making things easier for others

Location

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Stockholm office, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). We’re ready to welcome the right candidate as soon as possible.
