Requirements


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with outbound prospecting or lead generation in B2B environments
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or similar
  • Ability to write concise, compelling outreach emails
  • Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational habits
  • Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining personalization

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in financial services, SaaS, or professional services lead generation
  • Exposure to U.S. mid‑market or SMB segments
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and outbound automation tools

Success Metrics

  • Quality and accuracy of prospect lists
  • Reply rate and positive‑response rate from outreach sequences
  • Number of qualified meetings or opportunities generated
  • Data hygiene and CRM completeness
  • Consistency in hitting weekly/monthly outreach targets
