Role Overview
Provide independent quality assurance and process support to the CAPDEV Quality Management Branch. You will help assure engineering and management products, support requirements repositories, contribute to ISO 9001-aligned process improvement, and produce evidence-based quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent QA of CAPDEV information, management products, processes, and quality reports.
- Support QA for programme management, requirements engineering, and specification processes.
- Support development and maintenance of requirements repositories and related information products.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of capability development and delivery processes.
- Support organizational continual process improvement activities (ISO 9001-aligned).
- Participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings supporting QA activities.
- Perform additional QA-related tasks as assigned by the COTR.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, management, information systems, business, etc.).
- 5+ years (within the last 10) in quality assurance, including QA requirements for engineering processes.
- Recent experience supporting ISO 9001-certified processes (within the last 5 years).
- Experience with requirements/QA tooling (e.g., IBM Rational ELM, DOORS Next, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated minimum NATO or National SECRET clearance for the contract duration.
- English proficiency equivalent to STANAG 6001 SLP 3333.
- Citizen of a NATO member nation.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience producing evidence-based quality reporting and metrics.
- Familiarity with NATO capability development processes and governance.
- Experience supporting configuration management and engineering process audits.
