This role combines strategic leadership, operational rigor, and client-focused revenue strategy to deliver measurable results and long-term client value.This role is preferably based in Colorado and will require regular presence in our Denver office.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the overall direction and performance of revenue growth for the organization, ensuring growth is scalable, predictable, and aligned with client experience and service delivery
- Define and continuously refine our revenue strategy into a unified, scalable go-to-market approach across the organization
- Turn revenue strategy into predictable results by driving disciplined sales execution, clear processes, accurate forecasting, and measurable performance standards
- Lead, manage, and continuously evolve the integrated Revenue team, including Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions
- Evolve operational clarity across the revenue function, ensuring teams understand priorities, expectations, and how success is measured
- Partner closely with Client Success and Service Delivery leadership to align revenue enhancements across the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Ensure seamless handoffs and accountability across teams to deliver an effortless, high-quality client experience at every stage
- Balance growth objectives with long-term client value, retention, and delivery excellence
- Partner closely with Solutions teams to ensure sales strategies align with technological advancements
- Lead and evolve a high-performing revenue team aligned to the organization’s priorities and future growth needs
- Establish a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement across the revenue team
- Serve as a strategic executive leader by deeply understanding the organization’s strategy and operating model
- Ensure revenue priorities, plans, and execution are fully aligned with New Charter’s long-term goals
- Act as a collaborative partner to executive team, contributing perspective and leadership
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in revenue generation, client success, marketing, and sales, preferably in a similar senior management role
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale managers and individual contributors with clear expectations and accountability for results
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into clear priorities, execution plans, and measurable results
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and scaling processes
- Proven ability to hold teams accountable to standards while maintaining trust and engagement
- Experience leading teams through meaningful change, including process redesign, role clarity, and behavior shifts
- Knowledge of technology industry best practices and trends in revenue management, client success, marketing, and sales
- Significant experience in an outsourced IT environment
- An ability to connect on a human level with people at all levels of an organization and clients’ organizations
- Communicates clearly, gives honest feedback, and makes decisions
- Organizational skills; both analytical and problem solving
- A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion around sensitive client and contract issues

Physical Requirements
Work is primarily knowledge-worker oriented using computer systems. Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment. Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures; views computer constantly.
